  1. This self-extracting LHA archive will produce about 400K of mostly text files.
  2.  
  3. If you have only 360K disks, then some files will be skipped. These can be
  4. extracted separately with LHA if you explicitly state SLY13B.EXE
  5.  
  6. The core files are SIY*.TXT, which is the book "Survey It Yourself: A Quick,
  7. Easy, and Inexpensive Preliminary Estimate Using the Compass & Tape Method",
  8. and various support files.
  9.  
  10. The one program type program is CAVEMAP1, which will manipulate your data, draw
  11. a map, detect surveying errors, calculate acreage, etc.  It is compiled
  12. QuickBASIC 4.5, which requires DOS 3+.  If that's a problem, I have a version
  13. which runs under GWBASIC or BASICA.

  15. There is also info on cheap retirement\vacation land in the Far Boonies of
  16. Kentucky and some filler files to fluff up the disk.
